She had been having cramps too. Thinking this was possibly serious she decided to make an appointment with Dr. Anika Sondholm at the Public Health Department.
After waiting patiently on the exam table for a few moments, Dr. Sondholm enters the room and greets the cute Nicole. After explaining the problem, Dr. Sondholm asks Nicole to step to the end of the table and pull down her pants and panties and bend over the edge so that she can examine her anus. Gently spreading her bottom apart, Nicole's lovely anus is exposed and found to look nice and normal.
Dr. Sondholm explains that Nicole will need a complete physical exam, including a thorough rectal exam that will need to be preceded by at least two enemas. After having Nicole lay face down, her temperature is taken rectally. Then a cursory examination of her ears and mouth is done. A cold stethoscope is applied to her back and chest to make sure there are no pulmonary or cardiac problems.
Dr. Sondholm palpates Nicole's breasts, reminding her that she needs to do a monthly self exam. Her abdomen is felt and Nicole experiences some pain in her lower quadrants.
With the preliminaries over, Dr. Sondholm leaves the room to fill the enema bag. Nicole is beginning to find herself very attracted to the doctor!
With the full enema bag hanging from the IV pole, Nicole is placed on her left side with her right leg up to give Dr. Sondholm a good view of her bottom. A gloved finger is inserted deep into her rectum, followed by the long enema nozzle. The water is instilled slowly and completely.
Nicole is allowed to use the bathroom and then returns for another cleansing. This time the inflatable nozzle is inserted into Nicole's bottom. Two quarts of warm water flow deep inside and then she is walked to the bathroom with the enema hose still in place.
Next Nicole is put in the lithotomy position so that her vagina is fully exposed to the doctor. A speculum is inserted and her cervix is swabbed.
Nicole is told to get up on her knees and down on her elbows so that a rectal speculum can be inserted into her bottom. After completely lubricating her anus and the cold metal, its inserted deeply and then opened giving Dr. Sondholm a good view of her rectum.
Seeing that all is well, Nicole is given a clean bill of health with instructions to give herself enemas periodically. Nicole asks Dr. Sondholm to please come over to her house and demonstrate how it should be done. Agreeing, she shows up several days later when its time for Nicole's enema. The bag is filled in the bathroom and Nicole stretches out on her bed, bottom ready and willing to get her cleansing!
Realizing that she needs to be able to give it, Dr. Sondholm gladly removes her pants and panties and let's Nicole administer a good enema herself! Its obvious that Nicole and Dr. Sondholm have become fast friends!
