Janet Smith is a mad scientist - there's no other way to describe her. Jill is a
poor girl from the Midwest who's come to the big city in search of fame or
fortune. What happens when Dr. Smith entices Jill into her web of deceit and
pain has to be seen to be believed!
Dr. Smith has placed an ad in a newspaper, asking for paid volunteers to
participate in a medical study. Jill, new in town and flat broke, shows up in
answer to the ad. When she arrives, Dr. Smith asks if she's told anyone else
where she's gone and Jill answers, "No". Under her breath, Dr. Smith mutters,
"Very good".
Dr. Smith says that Jill can be in the medical study if she passes the screening
physical. "Sure", Jill says. Dr. Smith tells Jill to take off her clothes. Jill
asks if there is a changing room, but Smith tells her that they are both women
and she is a doctor, so Jill should just take her clothes off. Dr. Smith tells
Jill that she appears to have an excellent body.
Dr. Smith instructs Jill to get on the gyn table and put her feet in the
stirrups. Jill does so and the doctor begins a gyn exam. After inserting her
fingers into Jill's vagina, the doctor inserts a cold metal speculum. Jill
finds it to be very uncomfortable, but the evil doctor comments that a vagina
can stretch a long way. Imagine what it's like to have a baby!
While Jill is still in the stirrups, Dr. Smith informs her that she is going to
have to have her rectal temperature taken. Jill is very embarrassed to be
spread apart on the exam table while the doctor inserts a large thermometer into
her fully exposed anus.
After her temperature is taken, the doctor asks her patient if she has ever had
a rectal exam, and Jill replies that she hasn't. Dr. Smith inserts her finger
deep into Jill's rectum, leaving her squirming at the unpleasant sensation.
The doctor then tells Jill that the next part of the exam requires an enema.
Jill says she has never had an enema and asks why it is necessary. Doctor Smith
says it is necessary to do a thorough exam and Jill should do what the doctor
says. Smith then takes an inflatable nozzle, inserts it into Jill's rectum and
blows it up. The water flows in and Jill begins to experience cramps. Dr. Smith
says it is normal, rubs Jill's stomach and tells her that it will be over in a
minute. It takes a lot more than a minute, but the enema is finally done and
Jill goes to the bathroom to expel the water.
Jill returns looking a little exhausted and tells Dr. Smith that she is not sure
she wants to continue, but the doctor is very encouraging and tells Jill that
she's almost done. Dr. Smith has Jill sit on a flat examining table, bring her
knees up to her chest and tp cross her ankles. Smith has her put her arms on the
inside of her thighs and clasp her hands together outside her ankles. Jill asks
why, but the doctor only explains this is the examining procedure. Then the
doctor takes out a pair of handcuffs, explaining that it's advisable to restrain
Jill so she won't move during the exam. Jill has now become very apprehensive,
but lets the doctor handcuff her.
The doctor then moves behind Jill, grabs her by the shoulders and pulls her down
onto her back, with her legs in the air and her arms pulled up by her ankles.
Jill begins to struggle and says she doesn't want to be in the experiment
anymore, but Smith says she's a good subject and reminds her that nobody knows
that Jill came to her lab.
Jill begins to scream for help and Smith takes a large wad of cotton, forces it
into Jill's mouth and tapes it in place as a gag.
Dr. Smith then does a proctoscopic exam with Jill moaning and actively trying to
get free. The doctor completes the exam and says that the experiment is about to
begin, but Jill must be in a different position.
Dr. Smith tells Jill she must take a little nap, gets a bottle of chloroform and
a thick cotton pad, pours chloroform on the cotton, then forces the pad over
Jill's nose and mouth. Jill's struggles and screams subside in about 30 seconds
as she succumbs to the chemical.
Dr. Smith unlocks the handcuffs, turns Jill over and handcuffs her hands above
her head, taking a pair of electrified nipple clips and putting one on each of
Jill's nipples. Then, she slaps Jill to wake her up.
Jill begins to wake up and when she does, Dr. Smith begins to send the current
to the nipple clamps. Jill squeals through the gag and Dr. Smith says that it
will not do any good to resist and pulls harder on the clamps.
Jill stands up and is led to the gyn table by the doctor who tells her to get on
the table and put her feet in the stirrups. Jill won't do it and Dr. Smith pulls
the nipple clamps and sends current through them, forcing Jill to get on the gyn
table and place her feet in the stirrups.
Jill's legs and feet are taped so she can't move them and the doctor says she
likes it when her guinea pigs struggle. She gets a beaker, removes Jill's gag
and tells Jill she must drink the liquid. Jill keeps her teeth closed and
refuses, so, using her thumb and index finger, Dr. Smith holds Jill's nose
closed so she can't breathe, saying it's futile to resist.
Jill still resists, so Dr. Smith grabs the electric clamps and begins to pull,
telling Jill that the only way to make the pain stop is to drink the liquid.
Finally, Jill says she'll drink it and Smith, pulling the nipple clamps and
activating the electrical current, holds the beaker up to Jill's mouth. When
Jill finishes the liquid, Dr. Smith lets go of the clamps and tells Jill that
the next drug must be administered rectally. Jill begins to plead, but Dr. Smith
gags her again. She inserts an inflatable nozzle into Jill's rectum, inflates
it and gives her the drug as an enema. Dr. Smith tells Jill that the purpose of
the experiment is to perfect a drug that will make people obey commands and
eliminate their free will. Dr.
Smith removes the tape and handcuffs and tells Jill to stand up. Jill doesn't
move at first, so the doctor pulls the nipple clamps. Jill gets off the table
and is led around by the nipple clamps. Dr. Smith tells Jill to do two or three
simple things, such as turn around and bend over, but Jill doesn't respond and
will only move when the nipple clamps are pulled.
From Dr. Smith's commands and Jill's lack of response until pulled by the nipple
clamps, Dr. Smith surmises that the experiment is a partial success - Jill's
will to flee is eliminated, but she still needs encouragement to do what she is
told.
Dr. Smith has Jill lay face down on the exam table and gives her a shot in her
bottom to counteract the effects of the experimental drugs. The hypodermic also
contains a strong amnesiac to erase any memory Jill has of the events that have
just taken place.
Slowly, Jill wakes up, dizzy and baffled. She has no recollection of what has
just happened. She's told by Dr. Smith that a friend brought her into the
hospital because she had fainted, but now everything's fine and she can go home.
Jill dresses and leaves, dazed and confused.
