Jessica has miraculously managed to avoid having a complete gynecological exam at the age of 21! Her mother has decided it would be a very good idea for her daughter to get checked out before returning to college.
Before Jessica gets home, her mother gives herself an enema. Its something she loves to do!
And when Jessica does get home, her mother explains to her that its time for her to visit Dr. Fish at the Public Health for her first physical! But first she must also be cleaned out. Mother and daughter retire to the bathroom where an enema is prepared and Jessica removes her clothes and bends over the edge of the bathtub. This is her first ever enema!
At the Public Health Department, Jessica sits on the table while Dr. Fish asks about her medical history. Her vital signs are taken culminating with Jessica turning face down on the exam table for her rectal temperature to be taken.
Dr. Fish decides she must have another enema before her exam and leaves to fill up the bag while Jessica removes her clothes and puts on the exam gown. When he returns, he instructs his patient to lay in the Sims position and uncovers her bottom. Her anus and rectum are lubricated thoroughly and an inflatable nozzle is inserted.
After she returns from the bathroom, Jessica is told to lay on her back and put her feet in the stirrups for her pelvic exam. Her labia are examined and separated to reveal her vagina. Dr. Fish then inserts a speculum allowing a full and excellent view of her cervix. Her period has just started and a small amount of blood is seen oozing through the cervical os.
Finally its time for her rectal exam. Jessica is told to position herself up on her knees and down on her elbows with her bottom fully exposed. Her anus is lubricated and the long rigid sigmoidoscope is inserted into her rectum. Dr. Fish examines it thoroughly.
The exam is completed by Dr. Fish giving Jessica a breast exam. Pronounced in good health, she is allowed to dress and leave.
