Siobhan Johnson woke up one morning with a very tormenting rectal itch. There's certainly nothing pleasant about something like that, and even more; its embarrassing! After undressing and donning the backless hospital gown, Siobhan has her vital signs taken including a rectal temp. She also has a breast and abdominal exam.
In order to get a very good look at the problem, Dr. Sondholm has Siobhan bend over her knee. Yes, its a bit strange for an adult, but Siobhan revealed to the doctor that this is how her mother took her rectal temperature when she was a child and it made her feel relaxed and comfortable.
After carefully examining her anus, the doctor inserts a suppository into her rectum to provide some temporary relief. A pelvic exam is performed to make sure everything in that orifice is normal and not contributing to the problem. Dr. Sondholm is pleased with the results of that and suggests that three enemas would be a good idea to thoroughly cleanse the colon. Unlike normal enema nozzles, Dr. Sondholm administers three enemas using different very large therapeutic nozzles that will help stimulate Siobhan's anus and help relieve her of the itching sensation.
The final enema is once again given in the over the knee position! Once all three enemas have been administered, Siobhan's tormenting rectal itch has resolved!
